The validations works when i run them localy, can you run the validation again ? |

Added debug function: DebugDump(IShape* shp).
Fixed CGeoProjection::get_IsSame to not fail to detect actual match.
Added support for setting tkWmsBoundingBoxOrder on WMS layer. Fixed TileManager::IsNewRequest().
Always draw selected objects, so the selection drawing can be drawn on top.

With this fix OgrConverter can now read and write geometries with Z and M correctly.
This makes reading geometries from PostgreSQL/PostGIS preserve the Z and M values stored in the database.
